Who has been most influential on our lives?
1. Adam and his influence (v12). Had effect on everyone - spiritual and physical death because of sin. Bible does tell us how this happens, but rather just says it is true.
2. Jesus and His influence. Compare Him to Adam. Jesus too influences everyone. The contrast (v15) Jesus brings the exact opposite. He brings life and grace. (v20) Grace is greater than sin. To those who believe in Jesus, grace will never run out.
3. Two leaders, two humanities. V17- we can receive grace. All we need to do is to change our allegiance from Adam to Jesus. The Bible diagnosis of the world is right. Jesus alone has provided the remedy.
